  • Your matter will be dealt with by professional solicitors bound by rules of confidentiality.
  • A complete conflict check will be conducted prior to acceptance of instructions to ensure there will never be a conflict of interest.
  • Simply call us and provide us with your instructions.
  • If papers need to be provided they can be scanned and emailed to us.
  • Those papers will be immediately and securely destroyed in line with your instructions upon completion of your instructions.
  • In the event of any unexpected developments our agents will contact you immediately to keep you abreast and seek your instructions before moving forward.
  • Our agent will call you with an update immediately following any hearing and email you a Court Outcome report as soon as they return to base.
  • Any original papers will be posted or delivered to your offices on same day.

Certainly. Just send us through your court attendance or court instruction sheet and it will be completed to your requirements or download a copy of ours here which you can use as your own template.

We will invoice you within 7 days of our attendance and we ask that payment is made within 14 days.

We accept payment by way of credit/debit card, bank transfer or cheque.
